Solution Overview

Magnetite production line and process solutions provide a variety of modernized process options for magnetite ore beneficiation, including two major process routes: "weak magnetic - reverse flotation" and "full magnetic separation". Through the combination of new magnetic separation equipment and advanced processes, the grade of iron ore concentrate can be increased to more than 68% and the SiO₂ content can be reduced to less than 4.5%, which can satisfy the demand of modern iron and steel industry for high quality iron ore concentrate.

Weak magnetization-reverse flotation process

Cation reverse flotation process:

  • Stage grinding-weak magnetic separation (up to -0.074mm accounts for 80%)

  • Fine sieve grading (sieve hole 0.1mm)

  • Cation reverse flotation (one rougher and one finer)

  • Froth product regrinding and re-election

  • Concentrate grade up to 68.88

Anionic reverse flotation process:

  • Weak Magnetic Separation Roughing

  • Thickening and dewatering

  • Anionic reverse flotation (one roughing and three sweeps)
